Orders received Monday-Friday by noon EST are typically processed in 24 hours. Orders received after 12pm EST on Fridays or weekends are typically processed the next business day.

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail or United States Postal Service Express Mail. Customers will receive tracking information via email upon shipment of orders and provided that a valid email address was specified as part of the checkout process. Please note that we are only able to ship to addresses in the 50 United States.

Orders are typically received within 2-5 business days from the date of shipment depending upon the destination and form of shipment used. Priority Mail is normally received in 2-3 business days. Express Mail is normally received the next business day. Some destinations may require additional delivery time according to USPS policies.

All shipments that are returned to us as "undeliverable" or "refused" may be re-shipped, and additional shipping charges may be applied.
