Hassle-Free Return/Exchange Policy
At Boutique Romantica, returns and exchanges are simple and hassle-free.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days
of delivery and we will credit your charge card, exchange the item for another selection, or give you
store credit subject to the terms below:
- Lingerie items must be unworn and have all original tags attached. Please wear a liner when trying
on all panties, thongs and undergarments. Hosiery items must be unworn and original sealed packaging
must be intact (unopened and unbroken). Health regulations prevent us from accepting returns or exchanges
on worn merchandise.
- Other product returns (such as oils, lotions, etc.) must be unused and original sealed
packaging must be intact (unopened and unbroken).
- The cost of shipping returned/exchanged merchandise shall be paid by the customer, unless the return/exchange is due to a
manufacturing defect or mistakes on our part in filling the order.
- You must obtain an RMA number for all returns and exchanges (see instructions below).
Requesting an RMA Number
You must obtain an RMA number for all returns and exchanges. We cannot accept returns or exchanges without an RMA number. To request an RMA number and return or exchange an item, please follow the simple steps below:
- Obtain an RMA Number.
Go to the Contact Us page and send us an email requesting an RMA number as well as the reason for the return/exchange.
We will then send you an email with an RMA number and instructions for sending the merchandise back to us.
- Ship Your Package To Us.
You are responsible for return postage and for insuring your package against loss or damage. If you are returning/exchanging a damaged or incorrect item, please include a receipt for shipping
and handling and we will credit your charge card.
